On our last morning in Phuket we have breakfast down stairs and then we head out to find Doug a "real coffee". He desperately wants to go to Starbucks but I will have a fit if he does. For one, Starbucks coffee sucks, and the fact that they have infiltrated every corner of earth really turns me off. If American culture continues to sets up shop in Asia, or Antarctica for that matter, then it quickly dissolves the culture we went to experience in the first place. NO STARBUCKS. What's funny is...

We just arrived in Thailand!!! Everyone was so excited to be here. We took a van from the airport to our hotel. The driver told us there was not much traffic because it was a holiday (Buddha Day). There seemed like plenty of traffic for us, but it is hard to tell as we were only visitors. We arrived at our hotel, the Pullman King Power. It is a new hotel it was very nice.
